Field Notes #008 - "The Bag We Didn't Plan to Build"

Field Notes #008 - "The Bag We Didn't Plan to Build"

We didn't set out to make a duffel.
We set out to solve a problem.

Everyone's got a gear bag. Some are shiny. Some look tactical. Some fall apart after one season.
None of them earned a spot in our lineup -- until now.

The Burner Bag wasn't part of the product roadmap. It was built in the back corner of the garage, late one night, after to many trips dragging trash gear through dust, snow, and busted tailgates.

So we grabbed leftover Cordura. We stitched what we had. We used real webbing, real zippers, and real grit. The result? A bag that hauls everything, asks nothing, and disappears when it needs to.

Only four were built. Not as a gimmick. Not for hype.
But because that's all we had time, space, and material to make.

They're gone now -- or about to be.
And that's the point.

We don't launch product.
We launch gear we believe in.

Until the next one.
